Desta vez, o tema foi sobre o papel do marketing de relacionamento no novo normal. Quando come\u00e7a a fazer isso come\u00e7a a entender que os clientes menos satisfeitos s\u00e3o a maior fonte de aprendizagem. Porque eles ainda n\u00e3o desistiram. Aquilo que nos d\u00e1 seguran\u00e7a na qualidade da entrega. J\u00e1 a confian\u00e7a est\u00e1 atrelada \u00e0 marca. Voc\u00ea acredita no produto, mas confia na marca. N\u00e3o existe marca humana que n\u00e3o crie rela\u00e7\u00f5es. Criar v\u00ednculos de pessoas com pessoas. N\u00e3o s\u00e3o siglas com pessoas. Como exemplo, ele cita a quest\u00e3o dos descontos nas mensalidades. \u201c<em>Desconto \u00e9 a arma que o mercado usa contra voc\u00ea pela sua falta de inova\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o confunda desconto com margem. Margem \u00e9 o que eu estabele\u00e7o pra identificar a curva de lucro do meu neg\u00f3cio. Desconto \u00e9 quando eu tenho que comprometer a minha margem de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o e aquilo d\u00e1 preju\u00edzo<\/em>\u201d, alerta.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Para o s\u00f3cio-diretor da MV2 Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, Elmo do Val, n\u00e3o existe neg\u00f3cio que se fa\u00e7a sem erro. \u201c<em>Alguns especialistas definem um relacionamento como um negocio disfar\u00e7ado. Sobre vendas, Marostica diz que \u00e9 oportuno entender que aluno quando se matricula em uma escola est\u00e1 comprando <strong>credibilidade<\/strong>,<strong> confian\u00e7a<\/strong>,<strong> reputa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, <strong>promessas <\/strong>e<strong> entregas<\/strong>. \u201c<em>Se em algum momento quisermos vender algo diferente disso vamos nos queimar. Ent\u00e3o, tem que estimular o desejo. Quando passa todo per\u00edodo de crise, o consumo \u00e9 exponencial<\/em>\u201d, ressalta.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
